We make really good pizza, from simply good ingredients, sourced from good foodie types, for people who like good food. We’re on a mission to slow fast food down, change its unhealthy image and give the lunchtime sandwich and the disappointing Friday take-away a run for its money.

WE produce

Hand crafted, stone baked, saltwater dough pizza using fresh Italian ingredients (it’s delivered daily), cooked to demand and in tune with the seasons.

WE deliver

Dough is a small shop (two now – Rose Street and South Clerk Street) with big aspirations and we want everyone to experience our stone baked pizza delights. If you can’t visit in person, you can call, email or order online and follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Make your pizza they way you want it

Dough believes in happy, healthy eaters. Be it an intolerance, allergy and even the weirdest preference, we will do our best to rise to the challenge where possible. What we won’t do is compromise on quality or service standards. We can’t always stray from the menu during busy spells but you can always customise your pizza toppings to suit your needs. One thing we don’t do is gluten free pizza – they are Yuk! And you deserve better, so let us make you up a wonderful salad instead. Remember to note your preferences and allergies when booking. We’ll do our best!
